Enjoy some photos of my favorite words while I relay some friendly cashier news.
In light of recent events, I've decided to get going on a project I've been lolygagging on for awhile.
When I self published my first 20 letters, I did it to get my stuff out there. And it payed off.
You might have noticed that I've taken most of the letters off my blog. Don't be sad. I've been compiling them into book form and this morning, I sent my first query letter off to an agent.
This process stresses me out to the max. I've done it before with other works. I'm not afraid of rejection as much as I am of wasting my time. But I believe in the cashier letters and so do most of you who keep coming back to read them.
So for now, I'll keep the most recent few up on the blog, but I'll be adding the new ones to the manuscript until I get a taker. It's very difficult to break into the publishing world. It makes me tired. I think I need a nap.
Stay tuned.

It's all good, and I hope you make it huge! As long as your loyal readers all get autographed copies!
Exciting! I agree, you'll need to autograph mine. Let me know when it's about to be released so I can go to the midnight party at the book store dressed like you and bragging to everybody, "Hey, not only do I know HER, but I also know her piano tuner!" =)
Janelle
good one, Janelle!
SO proud of you! I will really be praying for that perfect person to "find" you! :)
Now go take that nap.

That was clever. I for one believe that you have literary talent. Just think...this may be the START of something BIG for you.
You're my hero!!! Seriously. You ROCK! :) I'm so excited that you pursue your passion like this. It inspires me to do the same. Really.
